I am the Ward Clerk for my unit.
When I login to cdol.lds.org, I don't see anything related to my unit.

I do show up as the Ward Clerk under Clerk Resources on LDS.org.

Should I see something under CDOL?

On a related note, do the callings on LDS.org show up because I do an upload from MLS to LDS.org or, do they show up because the CDOL populates what I see on LDS.org?

CDOL doesn't show any units by default. You have to first search for a unit and then add it to your personal directory. Then it will show up each time you log in. However, if you try searching and you don't find anything then something may be wrong with how your calling is recorded.

MLS uploads to CDOL. The Directory on LDS.org reads directly from CDOL on the fly. However, the part that gives you additional permissions on LDS.org is updated from CDOL instead of reading directly. That update happens at least once a day so there is usually a lag between when when a calling shows up in CDOL and when you get permissions on other sites.
