Page Not Found when

When I try to log-in, and when I try to visit
https://lds.org/study-tools/folders I get a 404 Page Not Found error.
Am I the only one or is there some kind of system update going on?

It's working fine for me, both when I go to the
https://lds.org/study-tools/folders URL, and when I use the Sign-in/Tools menu to choose Notes and Journal. Perhaps it was a temporary problem -- I'd recommend that you just try it again.

I am still having this problem, so I believe it is specific to my account. I have contacted support for LDS Accounts.

I also have this problem. I have reason to believe it is connected with the fact that I also use a smartphone with scriptures to make notes. I have a Nexus 4 smartphone. Anybody find a solution?
