I am installing new clerk computers. On one of the six I have installed so far, the Sophos firewall icon shows a red X and the message on mouse over says "Service failure". The computer has been rebooted a few times. I haven't found, so far, an option within Sophos to repair the situation. Is there a recommended solution?
The only suggestion I can think of is to try and re-install Sophos. The fact that it's only happening on one of 6 suggests that it's something unusual with that one computer, not with Sophos itself.
