Android Viewer for Tech Broadcast Archives

Is anyone familiar with a viewer for Android based devices that can be used to view archived LDS Tech Broadcasts /
The broadcasts are in Flash format, I think. According to this article, you should be able to download and install flash player so you can watch the broadcasts in your device's web browser:
