Hello,

First, sorry for my english, I'm not english. I am a very new stake clerk and unfortunately, i havn't real formation because the previous clerk is unavailable. But thanks to you, i learn step by step every day.

Today, I received an email from a unit asking an urgent reimbursements for four stake's activity/conference paid by this unit a few month ago.

But I'm confused on this point. What should I do exactly ?

Thanks for your help.

The first thing is to get the stake president's approval. Once it's approved, then you can cut a check from the proper budget.

Thanks for your answer.
Activities are related to :
1/ Stake conference
2/ Young Girls Stake
3/ Primary Stake
4/ Education Stake

In the mail, the person says : [...] This value is being fully supported by " THEUNIT ", since February, when 20% is to be supported by the stake and the remaining 80% divided by all the stake's units taking into account the size of each unit [...]

Could someone explain please ?
Thanks for your help

Given that they are all stake events, I would expect the stake to pay for them, but I'm a bit puzzled as to the arrangement.

At least in the US, the stake gets all the funding and divides it up between itself and the wards. So I'm not sure why a ward would be supporting a stake program. But you may have a different arrangement.

But discuss this with the stake presidency. They should understand the situation.
