downloading video from "Come Follow Me"

downloading video from "Come Follow Me"
When I download the video "Motherhood and Eternal Partnership with God" onto my Mac computer, after just a short time the video begins to flutter and the picture becomes distorted for a few seconds. It will be clear for a few seconds and then have problems again. Is there something I need on my computer so I can download this video?

Are you seeing this when you play back the downloaded file, or are you streaming (downloading and viewing at the same time)?
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
