I called 1-800-537-5932 and have been on hold for 45 min. They usually pick up much quicker than that. I pressed 1 for english, then 2 (i think) for clerks, then 3 for other questions.
I haven't had it happen with LUS, but for other support lines, I've been sent to never-never land. Just have to hang up and try again. Or, if you can, call on another phone and abandoned the first call if it goes somewhere.
I called again the other day and got right through. Not sure what was happening the other week. I had called a few times and never got through. Perhaps a phone issue on their end. All is well now.
