error launching donations

Greetings,

Is there no telephone support available to resolve MLS issues? If so then where on the website is this support information? I have a branch that keeps getting an error when trying to launch donations. They have been unable to do tithing donations for 2 weeks.

Any help would be appreciated.

The branch should contact the stake assistant clerk for technology (aka the stake technology specialist), who will be able to assist them. If the STS is not able to assist, he will have access to all of the Church contact support information he needs, and will either contact support for the branch or give the branch information to make the contact directly.

As lajackson posted, the first stop is the STS for help. The information for support contact information is found on the RKATS site. In the Finance section there is a Support and Help page.The Support Contact Information for U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico page has the details for those countries. If you are in another area the link on the Help and Support link will take you to your area contact information.

The number for the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico is 855-LDS-HELP (855-537-4357). The hours of operation are listed on the Help and Support page.
