Not on a Sunday. For MLS issues you contact the membership department, and they're closed on Sunday.
They're open Mon, Thur, Fri until 5:00 PM and until 8:00 pm on Tues, Wed
For Family History questions you'll find a service missionary available on a Sunday. I don't recall the phone number.
