To eliminate confusion associated with an abundance of direct vendor phone numbers, many of which have become obsolete. Stake and ward members do not order copier supplies or obtain service from Church headquarters. The number and voice menu is meant to enable callers to connect directly to the contracted vendor they need. This also allows Copier Administration to add or remove vendors without the need for continually broadcasting new phone numbers to the stakes, wards, and Facilities Management Groups.
