MLS Backup

As a stake clerk I recently sent a reminder to all the ward clerks in the stake regarding the backup of MLS. One is saved on the hard drive and another one to a usb key. A clerk asked me if it is possible to save on google drive which can be accessed anywhere. I am not sure if this is allowed. Any thoughts about this?

Expressly forbidden by 4.9.4 of the
Meetinghouse Technology Policy. Note that CHQ makes their own backup every 30 days. Furthermore, since CUBs, much of the information in MLS is on church servers anyway.
