Looking for clarification of "ordinance ready name". Was this shared with the temple previously?
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Ordinance Ready is a FamilySearch function where names of relatives that have been prepared for temple work can be found by other relatives, printed, and taken to the temple. The names have not been shared with the temple.

I would think that printing such a name would count on the Family History report, but I am not familiar with the specific requirements of that report.

Ordinances Ready can include names shared with the temple. See The “Magic” Behind Ordinances Ready and a New Update (FamilySearch, April 2022)
