Two wards need to see the same reservation

I am the building coordinator for our stake. Is there a way for two wards to enter the same event on their own ward calendar? example: ward1 and ward2 combine for scout meetings from 6-7p in the same building in the same rooms. They each would like to enter the event on their own ward calendars. But if ward1 enters it on their calendar then ward2 runs into a conflict because ward1 already reserved the time, building and room.

Probably your best option is to create a stake calendar, as described in this discussion. It's not a perfect solution, but it's the only way currently available for members of two different wards to see the same calendar.

The alternative is to have each ward enter the event on their own calendar with the understanding that only Ward A will "book" the location and that Ward B will use "Other Location" to avoid a conflict. However care will have to be taken to make sure that both calendars are up to date - especially if there are any changes.
