We have been stake indexing directors for 3 or 4 years now. We always review the monthly stats and forward them to those doing indexing in the stake by generating a report. The last 3 months we just get the "Report is too long long--over 2000 characters" message. We have been generating a report for years now that have been longer with no problems. Here is this months report:

Any ideas why we can't send this? Is there anything to do about it? Who is responsible for the Administration Software?

Are you having trouble generating the report, or trouble sending the report?

The problem is in sending the report. When we try to send we ALWAYS get the "can't send because report is more than 2000 characters" message.

We send it by hitting the "send" button in the "generate a report" form for administrators. I will vent just a little by saying that who ever wrote the program must have been determined to make it as hard as possible to communicate with indexers...or maybe we are just getting too old for this stuff.
