Electronic Sacrament Meeting program
It is an Excel spreadsheet with two workbooks, Schedule and Agenda.
On the Schedule you will see the Sundays with details of who is conducting, the hymn numbers, prayers, speakers.
On the Agenda you will see the program for the upcoming Sunday.
There is also a hidden workbook with details of all the hymn numbers and titles, hence how you only input the hymn number on the schedule but it prints the hymn title on the agenda as well
It is simple and it works. There are no frilly extras.
If anyone fancy "beautifying" it feel free and repost your changed version.
Example is attached

Re: Electronic Sacrament Meeting program
I have now fixed a number of issues with the spreadsheet so it should cope better with the following:
- Year 2016
Online version of Excel versus Desktop version
Blank Entries

Re: Electronic Sacrament Meeting program
Thanks for posting. I like the simplicity and I think we could really use it in our unit.
However, I open it and its in Protected View. Once I enable it much of the primary functions stop working (hymn lookup, etc.). I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong?
Thanks!
Tyler Smith

Re: Electronic Sacrament Meeting program
I have now updated it to work. Next Sunday is conference but you can still fill it in as if it was a normal Sunday to see it working.

Re: Electronic Sacrament Meeting program
The only version I see here isn't functioning for me to do hymn look ups etc. It didn't come up as Read only, but I don't know how to get it to fill in the hymn numbers.
I am using my desktop with windows ten and excel 2007.
Am I doing something wrong? Thanks. (no rush I don't need it for myself, and not sure if our ward leaders need it or not.) I just happened across this while figuring out my calling as ATS.
Thanks, k lystad

Re: Electronic Sacrament Meeting program
I have attached another version with the last two Sundays of the year filled in so it should show how it works.
If you still have problems then feel free to message me directly and send some screenshots to show the problem.

We personally don't have a need to print anything out to the congregation.ngoodl wrote:is this the same template you use to print and hand out to the congregation?
We keep ours online (with login req) for the Bishopric, Music Director, Exec Sec, Clerk etc to fill out their bit in advance and then its printed for the person conducting the meeting.

Re: Electronic Sacrament Meeting program
Hello,
Excuse my ignorance on this forum. I am looking for a way to electronically make available the program on Sunday for the members if they choose not to have them printed out. Many show up late and sometimes we run out of printed material. Any idea's? Thanks
