Our stake split recently. The YSA ward and a language ward are officially in Stake A. However, they cover several wards in Stake B too. That is, if you live within the boundaries of certain wards in Stake B, you are allowed to attend the YSA or language ward in Stake A (provided, of course, that you're a YSA or you speak a particular language).

Is there a way for the YSA ward and the language ward to be available to members that live in both stakes? That is, if you're in Stake B and you login to lds.org, can the YSA ward be available on the directory list, the calendar list, newsletter, lesson schedule, etc?

Not currently. Not unless they developers having something up their sleeves they haven't told us.
I think your best bet is to have a liaison in the Stake B that manually keeps a calendar in Stake B synchronized with Stake A.

A calendar is only one of the items. There's no way to see the leadership of the other ward (relief society presidency, eq, hp, etc) or get a directory of members.

As a ward clerk, I can get to the bishopric info via CDOL but I can't see any other leadership.

The YSA ward in question essentially covers two stakes. Just out of necessity of how things are organized, one stake has to be chosen as the "home" stake, but it really doesn't have any more "ownership" over that ward than the other stake does.

I think your best move is to ask the sake presidents involved to ask the area authority for guidance. Priesthood determines the features and the that's the route to get their attention.
