Our new RS president can't access LCR. She's able to login to LDS.org without a problem. The system shows her in the correct calling so she should be able to access LCR.

When did the calling get recorded? If it was just yesterday, then give it a day or two. Some permissions take that long to propagate.

In addition to what was stated above, make sure she's using her own account, and that it is linked to her MRN. She can check this by going to ldsaccount.lds.org.

I believe the proper title is "Ministering Secretary". If your calling is listed as "Secretary for Ministering", then I suspect you've been put in as a custom calling. That will not get you any access.

For Relief Society the standard ministering secretary calling is "Relief Society Ministering Secretary".

Your calling hasn't been recorded in LCR. Your ward clerk needs to record the calling.
