The limitation today to whether the boundaries are visible or not is if you have signed in with a member Church account when using the Meetinghouse Locator app. No boundaries are visible when not signed in and boundaries visible when signed in with a member Church account. A member Church account includes the membership record number in the account profile.

If the user is logged in, perhaps they're seeing the following. If I am logged in and browse the map to some random unit, and click on that unit icon on the map, no boundaries are shown. However, if I then click on the unit name under the "All Wards Meeting Here" bar on the left side, then boundaries are shown.
