Yes the stake puts the infomation in the Leadership and Unit Change Request form. If that is sent via MLS it goes up to CDOL automatically. If a paper copy is sent in then someone at Headquarters enters that into CDOL.

Thanks for your help. The LUCR form was sent via MLS. If the new bishop's name appears in the CDOL (as bishop), can I then assume that his ordination has been recorded?

Yes. That's all processed at the same time.
