Please see the answer in the post before yours. After 4 years, it is highly unlikely, but if it can be done at all, the GSD will be able to do it.

Hello. I returned from mission well over 3 months now. O wasn’t able to retrieve all my mails and media saved on this account before it’s deactivation. Please I need help on how to get my media and mails from this account.

Your only option now is probably to ask your clerk for the telephone number to the Global Services Department. Call them and ask if the account has been deleted yet. If not, they should be able to assist you in getting temporary access to it to save the information. If it has been deleted, then there is likely nothing they can do.
