LCR emails to Juno being bounced as spam

Hello,
I have noticed that LCR emails to Juno.com email accounts are bouncing with a message indicating that they are coming from a black-listed server, gmhwh.org. I've tracked down Juno's email provider's page to request that the Church's MTA be removed but since I do not control the domain, someone who does need to go request that the servers be removed from there black list. Who is that and how can I get the necessary information to them. The request page is http://www.untd.com/postmaster/blocked.html . I have the header from a bounced email that was sent 6/4/2016 which I can provide, but obviously cannot post here. Thanks.
