Missionary Portal Access

We can not access the missionary portal. We have tried several times. We are trying to watch District 2 as preparation for our mission.

The URL is
https://missionary.lds.org (this is also found in your paper call packet, and on LDS.org under "Share the Gospel"). You will use the same username and password you use to sign into LDS.org.
If you still can't get in, your ward clerk can help you contact the Global Service Center.

Even signed in we are unable to click on anything on the Missionary Portal.

I'm trying to find out where my son who is serving in the Chile, Osorno mission is right now. and if he got transferred this last week. His name is Elder Adam Avery Vaughn. Or is there a way that I can access this portal.

The missionary portal being discussed here does not provide any information about missionary assignments.
When missionaries are transferred, they sometimes have difficulty getting their weekly email sent. Visit with your bishop tomorrow at Church if there is serious concern about his well-being.

When trying to access the missionary portal, we are getting an error screen that says "internal error (no exception to report)

We are not able to access the missionary portal to accept my daughters call. When we sign in it takes us to a Error URL webpage... Please help

We have input the information given in the "Call Packet" but the page it takes us to after logging in is an "Error URL page" I understand to contact our ward clerk for help, so we have done that and I thought we'd leave a message here too. Will someone please get back to us on how to accept my daughters mission call, her name is Elisepa Felila.
