membership audit problem

I came up with an exception on the membership audit I could not figure how to fix. it told me that the member could not have a sealed to parent date since he was BIC looked at his records but could not find anything but BIC. I submitted it that I could not fix it on my audit report. What should I do?

First, I'd make sure you're looking at the right member. I've seen names that are confusingly similar. Also be on the lookout for a duplicate record (one member with two membership records).

If that turns up nothing, I'd call Local Unit Support and have them look into it.
