Activity Planning Guide

I had a request for an activity planning guide I had made years ago earlier today. I figured I would put it out there for whoever might like it. Pretty basic, but it covers the who, what, where, when, why, and how's of an activity, along with returning a reporting. There is even a recap section so that it can be saved for future reference.

Thank you for sharing. I especially like the reporting and wish we saved reports like this in a folder somewhere so we wouldn't have to spend ward council time guessing how many people came last year when planning this year
