Recently I installed it under wine. I have version 1.1.29. It seems to work completely perfectly so far, except certain dropdown boxes dont show the text. Still, wine is amazing stuff.

Ubuntu is not really what I recommend for a Linux System. I prefer openSUSE and I am using SuSE Linux since 1998.

I am using the Application "Cross over Linux", and it works with PAF. Some Screenshots are provided here on my playground

I've recently read that "distrohoppers" are settling down with Linux Mint which is a derivative of Ubuntu.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
