I have 2 usernames, one has an MRN the other does not. I've accidentally made two tithing payments under the username w/o the MRN so it doesn't connect to my tithing history. How can I combine the tithing to the one with my MRN and delete the other?

You will need to work with your ward clerk to contact the Global Service Center to have them move the donations and then combine the LDS Accounts or delete the one without the MRN.
