Having trouble with a persistent error message.
Paper tray mis-match.
I have followed all of the onscreen directions. The message continues to persist.
HELP! LOL!

Network related, or does it have problems even when not on the network? If the latter, then I'd suggest a service call is needed. I think that's arranged though FM, but I could be wrong.

Most of the copiers at the meetinghouses are not connected to the network, so the boot server errors are a normal thing.

Is it possible to change some settings to lengthen the time out power saving / sleep mode that kicks in after 5 minutes without use?

Yes. You'll need to log in, username is likely admin and password I believe is 4444 or 1111 then you should be able to access some of the system menus and change the time out feature. let me know if you need more specific instructions.
