Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. I'm having problems inputting MRN # It is telling me invalid MRN # or its being in use already. But I know I never have created an account with this MRN # because I didn't know what my MRN # was and just recently received my MRN # from our ward clerk. So what the heck is going on? Please help!

You might try doing an account recovery using that same MRN to see if another account exists. Click on "Forgot your username?" and then choose MRN.
