I went to portal.ldswebcast.org and found that its been updated, there is now an option to mark a receiving location as "low bandwidth" as well as a complete overhaul of the webpage. I like it, I am just wondering what changes are made when you mark a location as low bandwidth. Has anyone experimented with it?
