Duplicated Account

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

Duplicated Account

Our Sunday School Secretary needs access to the MLS to update attendance. However, in trying to create an account for him, we saw an Error Message that said he already has an account in the system. He knows nothing of this account and don't know how to access the system. Please help.

When you say "MLS" are you talking about the Ward Computer that runs a MLS Application, or are you talking about the on-line LCR website which is sometimes (confusingly) called "MLS"?

Assuming the latter, use the "Forgot Username" link and use the MRN/Birthdate option to find the old account.

Lastly, when you say "update attendance", I think all that can be done is print new attendance sheets. I don't think there's any church system for recording the results.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
