A company spokesperson phoned in and wanted to delete the current company contact and wanted to replace herself as the contact. I did make her a contact, however wanted to make her an editor. I went to the start up screen and tried to enter her as an employer. After filing in the information page I listed the previous phone number for her company as her cell phone, which it immediately refused to take since the phone number was already listed to her company. She did not want to give her personal E-mail address out, or her personal cell phone #. What's the solution to make her an editor?
Um, what software are you working with? Because this doesn't sound like anything LDS.
