I was recently called as the Branch Clerk in our Branch, and the Branch President and I are trying to add me as a user on the MLS system so that I can do my work. We are easily able to add me as a user, but then when we try to authorize a batch or do some such other thing, I do not appear in the list of users that can perform such an action, even though "admin" has been checked as my access. Has anybody else run into this issue? It might just be a bug in MLS, but we have found no solution so far.
In addition to having the rights set up in MLS, you might be in the proper standard position. Has your calling been recorded in LCR, and that calling made it's way to MLS?
