What is the amount of time required before leadership in a new ward can access Leader & Clerk Resources? Members were moved out of old ward, we did MLS send & received, all new ward members were then populated inside MLS. This morning the bishop logged into leader & clerk resources and assigned the clerks (e.g. ward clerk). However, when that ward clerk attempts to login (it's been about 4 hours) he gets access denied.
We suggest waiting 24 hours before being concerned. The computers sync twice a day, so it should be 12 hours at the most, but it's hard telling exactly when that happens.
