MLS 3.8.6 Release Notes

We just received MLS 3.8.6, but the release notes have not yet been posted.
Do any of you know what changed in MLS 3.8.6_23971?

I took a quick look at the change log. Most of the changes are minor bug fixes. Several of those are for issues that affect only a few units.
I'll nudge the product manager and see if he is planning on release notes for this version. With how small the fixes are, he may not have been planning on release notes.

The release notes are going through the process of being posted but may take a few more days to show up. Here's a preview of what you'll see:
- Missions can now see information for branches that report to a district within their mission.
- The date format for units in Tonga now uses the full name of the month instead of an abbreviation.
