adding a membership number

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. adding a membership number

I have an lds account and hadn't added my membership number at first because I didn't know it. I tried to add it and it just keeps kicking me out saying my session has timed out, even though I was only in for about a minute. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks

Follow the steps in question #5: LDS Account Help.

In addition, I'd clear the browser cache and cookies or try a different browser or computer.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
