No top or bottom margin when printing

No top or bottom margin when printing

My wife tried printing her primary lesson wirelessly from her iPhone 7. This normally works fine but this time around it printed with no top or bottom margins and the last page printed didn’t print the bottom of the page. No idea if this is a problem with our printer or if there are issues with the latest Gospel Library software.
