How do you delete identical expense drop down options in mls?
What options do you mean? Budget categories? If so, just edit them under Finance > Budget > Add/Edit Categories (or something close to that--I don't have MLS in front of me) and set one of them to inactive or delete it if it lets you (which depends on whether there are any transactions associated with it during the current retention period).
