Account recovery & Two Step Verification issues

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This is community support - no one here has the ability to solve the problem. You need to contact your ward clerk and ask for the contact information to GSD. They can help you recover your account.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

"I am having trouble with my step 2 verification method, especially for my phone. I haven't been able to receive text messages for the verification code, which therefore does not allow me to sign into my church account."

You'll need to contact your ward clerk and ask for the contact number for the Global Services Department.
