MLS not opening

I am the Tech Support Clerk for the Middle East Stake (Abu Dhabi). the Dubai ward is having issues with MLS, and I'm not sure how to help. they said MLS is not opening. They've experienced this several times this year and this time is the worst. they tried restarting the system and still....MLS is not opening. They get a screen that says "Dell DataSafe Local Backup has stopped working. Windows is checking for a solution to the problem" any help, please email me at mdrolli@yahoo.com thank you!!!!

That's strange, since I don't think DataSafe has anything to do with MLS.

You might want to make sure it's not a corrupt shortcut.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

cant open the mls when i try to open it it says need to restore database from my back up copy

If it is a corrupt shortcut, what does the clerk do? if it's not a corrupt shortcut, what does the clerk do? Is there a number of someone at church IT I can have them call? This is a calling for me, I don't claim to have any expertise....so....the simpler the answers, the better (thanks for responding).

I'd start by contacting the stake technology specialist.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
