can't get onto account

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. can't get onto account

I am trying to set up an account for my husband and keep getting the message that his membership # and birthday are already in use. If we have already set up an account, neither of us remember doing . Therefore can't get into the account. What to do?

It has a link to the official LDS Account support page. If none of the questions/answers on the latter page are useful for you, there are tips to submit a web form request for help. Another option is to contact your ward clerk and have him call the Global Service Center to fix things.
