Stools for kindle fire

Have kindle fire HDX with OS 4.5.5.3 and cannot download latest version of lds tools from amazon play store. Can only get 3.2.1 which does not have ministering features. What's gives?

I'm not sure of the reason why, but I'm pretty sure all programs and revisions have to go though the approval process of the respective store. As such, new versions will not come out at the same time in all stores.
