You'll most likely have to work with your ward clerk and have them contact support. This is mostly a user-to-user forum.

You have another account that is associated with your membership record number. Go to
https://ldsaccount.lds.org/ and click on the "Forgot your username?" link. Then choose the option to recover your account using your membership record number.

I had just renewed my Ensign and signed back in to look at other products but it wouldn't let me so I guess processing must be slow, Janice starkey

We have a sister in our ward that has two username and it says her membership record doesn't exist when she tries to setup the account. How can we get this reset?
