The best you can do is to print the pdf file. I actually never printed them. I just downloaded the files to my smarter than I am device and used them for reference.

In my own personal opinion, and in view of the sensitivity of membership information and the ever-changing laws around the world making data protection evermore ominous, I think csv files may be a thing of the past.
