Unable to connect LDS account to BYU account

Foy my BYU appliation I need to connect my LDS account to my Byu account, but in the aplication itself, it seem that I can´t do it. There is the option CONNECT LDS ACCOUNT, but after I click in it and accept the terms of use it just goes back to the aplication and nothings changes.

im un able to connect my lds account to byu account,my name is [removed] student at byu pathway,my email is [removed],and my passaword is [removed].

my name is dora [full name removed], the same issue I tried to connect LDS account to BYU account and it failed. If there is any way you can help me please do so I will be grateful
