Clerks Office Organization

When visiting wards in this stake I've noticed that the clerks offices are becoming somewhat messy and cluttered. Does anyone have any advice for getting the clerks offices cleaned up and streamlined?

A few specific Items I have noticed:
*Old videos of conference and leadership meetings
*Old correspondence with Church Headquarters
*Old Technology
*Unused office Supplies
*Disorganized routers, wireless access points, and other computer connection stuff

Send them a list of things they are allowed to throw away. Unless someone gives them permission it'll stay somewhere in the room, at least that is my experience. When we get 2 hour church after General Conference to accommodate 4 and 5 wards per meetinghouse the clerk office will be shared among multiple wards so it'll need to get cleaned up quickly!
