1. I believe you can run a custom report to show all members who were baptized during a specific time period - I no longer have access to custom reports so cannot verify. 2. Since baby blessings are not saving ordinances, I do not know if you can run a custom report to show that. However, you may be able to get that information from the Relief Society or Primary organizations if there is no custom report option blessings.
All this is dependent on the data being recorded accurately. Given what went on in 2020, there is a good possibility that many babies were blessed at home and no one bothered to inform the clerk...
