Were you able to find out how to get this report?
1. I believe you can run a custom report to show all members who were baptized during a specific time period - I no longer have access to custom reports so cannot verify. It will probably only show those still in your unit (if someone were baptized and then moved away in the same year, they may not be on the report).
2. Since baby blessings are not saving ordinances, I do not know if you can run a custom report to show that. However, you may be able to get that information from the Relief Society or Primary organizations if there is no custom report option blessings.
All this is dependent on the data being recorded accurately. Given what went on in 2020, there is a good possibility that many babies were blessed at home and no one bothered to inform the clerk...

I did my best to keep up with baby blessings at home during 2020. I emailed blank forms to parents, and begged them to fill them out. Getting signatures was the hardest part.

When I served as clerk, the hardest part of this was just getting the bishopric members to let me know these things happened. For some reason, they assumed that because they were there, I would automatically know when I wasn't there, LOL. I had no problems getting cooperation from parents (thought that was pre-pandemic and I could easily catch them at church).
