ward meeting time

Hello,

Can anyone tell me how to find out the time at which my ward meets on Sunday, January 6, 2019? Three wards meet in our building and every year they rotate the meeting times. However, with the changes that are occurring in Sunday church meetings this year, I wasn't sure what adjustments might have been made. I thought there would be something listed on the website calendar for our ward, but I am not seeing anything. Could someone direct me where I can find this information on the website?

I believe at this point the best method would be to call a member of your ward, perhaps your ward clerk, a member of the elders quorum or Relief Society presidency, the member who ministers to you, or another member you know.

If you have a printed program from last week, it may be in there.
It was probably announced from the podium in the past few weeks.

Normally, it is possible to look online at the Meetinghouse Locator link in LDS.org, but those times may or may not have been updated. The ones in the area where I live have not yet been changed. Sadly, some have not been updated in over a year.

Thank you for your reply. You had some good suggestions. Unfortunately, my home teachers do not visit. I don't know anyone well enough to just call them out of the blue on a Saturday evening. Last week at church, I didn't receive a program. I think I will just guess at a time and if it's the wrong ward, I will just worship with them.

Our ward must be a bit luckier than yours in that the calendar was updated through December 2018. It's just that things are sketchy with the start of the new year. Seems like updating the calendar would have been a high priority with all the adjustments being made.

Having been a branch president and a bishop before, I promise your bishop would not mind if you call him out of the blue to ask what time the meetings start tomorrow. If you don't have his number, you can use the "Find A Meetinghouse" tool on lds.org and enter your address. His phone number should be listed when you click on the icon that represents your ward.
