I had this problem on my Android phone. An uninstall then install the new "Member Tools" worked for me.

For all the people having problems, do you have extra access to the membership records?

I have none and it has been working for me.

I'm experiencing identical problem. Looks like it has been occurring for about 18 months. Anyone finally get it working or are you all still out of commission?

I am having the exact same problem today on Android app: "Member Service Tools are currently unavailable." I uninstalled the app, restarted the phone, reinstalled the app. This solved nothing.

Issue still not resolved. However, I think I may have found the reason: Google Play Services. If it is not on your phone (some users refuse to install it due to privacy concerns) or it is out of date, that may be the cause. Why is our private membership data reliant on Google spyware?
