We have several members at the C level in our company, and each use the WebCals feature to import the LDS calendar into Outlook (O365). It stopped working about 4 months ago, and they just reported it to me. I did some initial troubleshooting, and could see that there was a problem beyond what I could fix. I submitted feedback on the Calendar website and within 12 hours I had a response. Within 24 hours the problem was fixed! They said that there was a network problem that prevented proper communications.
I was very pleased to see such quick turn around. I admit, I expected to have to climb through endless layers of bureaucracy, but the problem was escalated quickly to those who could fix it. Pretty cool
