Backdate ministering assignment

Our unit was created two weeks before year end. If I go to the quarterly reports there are no ministering assignments. It says zero interviews and zero potentials. Assignments have been made for Q1. Stake pres wants Q4 report. I can't find a way to backdate existing assignments or recreate them in Q4. Any ideas?

I'm not sure it can be done. A snapshot is taken at the very end of the quarter and that's what things are based on.

There isn't a way to backdate assignments into the previous quarter.
